When can I leave feedback?

Feedback is most helpful when it reflects the full journey, from your first contact with us through to the quality of the repair.

Once your vehicle repair is complete and you've collected your car, we'll send you a short feedback request by email and SMS. It's four quick questions designed to capture how the experience felt from start to finish.

Your feedback helps us keep improving our service, our communication, and the standards across our repairer network.

If anything didn't feel right, we may contact you to understand what happened so we can investigate properly and put it right.
